We offer ‘Accidental Damage Cover’, which is applicable for loading, unloading, theft, pilferage, and non-delivery.
- It is a great idea to pre-pack all your valued items into boxes and bags, and label the boxes with the area the items belong in (e.g. main bedroom, lounge, Garage etc).
- When you are notified of our estimated arrival time, please remove obstacles from pathways and clear the driveway so we can safely park and move around the space.
- If possible, we prefer that you are available to coordinate placements on delivery, so we can be certain items are removed and placed to your requirements.
